Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Morocco. We deliver across all Moroccan cities, with faster shipping options available in Agadir and surrounding areas. International shipping may be available in the future, so stay tuned!

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Once your order is placed, it takes about 1-2 days to prepare your items. Shipping times vary based on your location within Morocco; typically, packages arrive within 2-3 days after dispatch. For Agadir and nearby areas, we may even offer same-day delivery when possible—though this isn’t guaranteed. We do our best to ensure a swift delivery!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep.
  • Bank Transfer: You can choose to pay in advance by transferring the amount directly to our bank account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel or modify your order only if it hasn’t entered the preparation stage. Once we’ve started processing your order, we won’t be able to make changes, as this would result in a loss of materials. Feel free to reach out to us for any clarification!

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide you with the name of the courier service. You’ll be able to track your package through their platform and follow its journey to your doorstep.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

All our products are custom made, so there is no exchange or refund for the product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
